What it’s all about:The concept of peer consultation is a structured and long-established method to provide teams with an effective tool for self-organized development and optimization.
Professional peers exchange ideas across organizations in regular meetings within fixed groups on professional topics, advising each other using a clear six-phase conversation structure and rotating roles.
The regular exchange within the group creates space for reflective problem-solving, allowing practical issues to be viewed from multiple perspectives.
Workshop details:
In this 4-hour workshop, together with the involved colleagues, you will learn how to apply the concept and continue it independently.
This workshop can be conducted online, in person at your location, or in my premises in Freiburg or Basel.
