What it’s all about:It’s completely normal for a team’s culture to constantly change and not stay the same for long. This is due to the constant changes internally and externally, requiring the team to adapt continuously as well.
Reacting too late or incorrectly to changes consumes too many resources and endangers team performance and motivation.
However, once a good culture analysis and development process is established in the daily work routine, you keep a good eye on the current culture and work resource-efficiently on improving or maintaining the culture.
A good process includes the following 3 steps, which are regularly repeated.
1. The analysis of the current culture (compared to previous analyses).
2. The description of necessary changes.
3. Initiating and monitoring the changes.

In this 4-hour workshop, together with the entire team, you will learn to adapt and apply this process for yourself using your own example. You will also receive a license for repeated use of all analysis templates.
This workshop can be conducted online, in person at your location, or in my premises in Freiburg or Basel.
