These workshops are interesting for both aspiring leaders and those who have been in leadership roles for a few years. Aspiring and new leaders receive the necessary tools to provide good and suitable leadership.
More experienced leaders have the opportunity to gain helpful new perspectives, close gaps in their knowledge, and challenge their own understanding of leadership.
Additionally, everyone benefits from the exchange of experiences and opinions with one another.

Self-Reflection as the Basis for Successful Leadership

In this workshop, leaders reflect on their leadership style and understanding, analyze their personal values and attitudes, and recognize their internal drivers.
They learn practical techniques for decision-making, prioritization, and delegation.
The goal is to sharpen their self-perception, act more authentically, better manage stress, and thereby lead more effectively and balanced.
Participants gain clarity about their strengths and areas for development, expand their leadership spectrum, and improve their decision-making and delegation processes.

Contents:
  • Analyse des eigenen Führungsstils und -verständnisses:
    Participants reflect on their personal way of leading and identify potential for development. This enables them to work specifically on their weaknesses and further develop their strengths to lead more effectively and authentically.
  • Reflection on personal values and attitudes in the leadership role: 
    Leaders engage with their values and attitudes and examine their impact on their leadership behavior. This helps them to make consistent and credible decisions that are aligned with their inner convictions.
  • Recognizing and managing one’s own driver dynamics: 
    Participants learn about their inner drivers and develop strategies for constructive handling of these. This enables leaders to act more consciously and authentically, manage stress better, and thereby lead more effectively and balanced.
  • Techniques for decision-making, prioritization, and delegation: 
    Leaders practice practical methods for effectively managing these central leadership processes. This empowers them to optimally use their time and resources, leading to higher efficiency and better team performance.

In this module, leaders optimize their communication skills to avoid misunderstandings and use conflicts as valuable indicators.
They develop an attitude that sees conflicts as opportunities for improvement and further development.
The goal is to promote clear and appreciative communication that strengthens trust and cooperation within the team.
Participants learn to understand conflicts and manage them in such a way that they no longer disrupt performance, leading to a more harmonious and productive work environment.

  • Reality checks in communication:
    Participants learn techniques to recognize and align different perceptions and interpretations in communication. This promotes better understanding and prevents misunderstandings, leading to clearer and more effective collaboration.
  • Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg:
    Leaders practice the concept of nonviolent communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg. They learn to communicate respectfully and solution-oriented to establish an open and constructive communication culture in the team. This strengthens trust and cooperation within the organization.
  • Constructive conflict resolution:
    Participants learn an attitude that recognizes conflicts as valuable indicators of dysfunctional processes or structures in the organization, understand these conflicts, and manage them in such a way that they no longer disrupt performance. This enables leaders to recognize the underlying causes of conflicts and make targeted improvements, leading to a more harmonious and productive work environment.

They practice methods for systematic observation and assessment of individual strengths to initiate targeted development measures that support the professional growth of their employees and optimally utilize their potentials.

This empowers them to proactively steer their organization, create a positive and performance-enhancing atmosphere, and strengthen the future viability of their company.

    Leaders learn how to constructively influence dynamics in complex systems. This enables them to respond flexibly to changes and strengthen collaboration within their company.
  • Successfully Managing Transformation & Change:
    Participants acquire skills to initiate, support, and sustainably anchor change processes within the organization. This supports them in effectively steering change and making their organization future-proof.

In this 4-hour workshop, you will receive practical tools and food for thought, either individually or together with other leaders. As a full-day workshop, there are even more details, time to practice, and opportunities for feedback.
